# 3BD Ke Alaula (210B) Villa at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The upper-level great room has floor-to-ceiling sliding pocket doors, a lounge, dining area, additional seating nook and an 84-inch Sony Master Series 8K TV. It opens to a covered lanai with dining for six, lounge furniture and a BBQ grill. Multiple lanais and garden terraces provide additional outdoor seating. The equipped kitchen has wood cabinetry, high-end appliances, generous counter space, a three-seat bar, a built-in desk and a breakfast balcony. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, ice machine and mixer. The lower-level primary suite has a king bed, garden and golf views, lanai access with a partial ocean view, a TV and walk-in closet. Its ensuite includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities and a private outdoor shower garden. An attached retreat room has a wet bar, lounge seating, media setup and its own lanai. The lower-level first guest bedroom has a king bed convertible to two twins on request, garden and mountain views, lanai access, a TV and an adjacent full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The upper-level second guest bedroom has a king bed, mountain and garden views, a private landscaped patio, a TV and a nearby full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Two complimentary four-seat golf carts, garage parking, a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Pack n Play, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrellas and a cooler are provided. Other facilities include a private entrance, linens, hair dryer, iron, safe, first-aid kit and smoke detector. Hualalai Resort facilities include a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, Golf Hale, Sports Club and Spa, ocean activities, shared pools, children's programming, tennis, cultural activities, dining and boutiques. Resort restaurants, Trading Company General Store, beaches, shoreline paths, spa, tennis and pools are within walking distance. Kona International Airport, Kailua Kona town, Kiholo State Park Reserve, Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary and Dolphin Quest Hawaii are a short drive away.
