The house

The home offers more than 2,400 square feet of indoor-outdoor living, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, professionally designed interiors and tropical landscaping. The open-plan great room has seating, a smart TV and sliding pocket doors opening onto the upper terrace. Indoor dining seats eight. A second living room downstairs has additional seating, a smart TV and a puneʻe.

The kitchen has Thermador appliances, granite counters, an island with seating, Keurig and drip coffee makers, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, blender and rice cooker. The covered upper terrace has dining for six and a built-in Sedona grill. A shaded lower lanai opens onto the private pool and jacuzzi. Pool heating up to 78°F is complimentary; additional heat carries a charge and should be arranged with the concierge.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, lanai access, smart TV, walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities and separate toilet compartment. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed, private outdoor seating and an adjacent full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, Guest Bedroom 3 has a double bed and an adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans, lanai or balcony access and pool views. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans serve the house throughout.

Facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a Bose sound system, smart TVs, cable TV, an in-unit washer and dryer, free parking, a private entrance, linens, towels, a high chair and a Pack and Play. Beach equipment includes towels, chairs, an umbrella, cooler, beach mats and boogie boards; additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.

Guests have access to KaMilo Recreation Center pools, a fitness center and pavilion. Separately listed Mauna Lani Resort fitness center access, golf, tennis and pickleball access carry charges, as do resort shops, groceries, restaurants and the bar. Mauna Lani Beach Club, Napua Restaurant, resort pathways and shops are within walking distance. Five beaches, hiking trails, historic sites and Kamuela town are a short drive away; seasonal whale watching is also nearby. A car is recommended.
