# 3BD Ka'ulu Villa (129B) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The villa accommodates up to six guests. Its open-plan living room has sliding glass pocket doors opening to a covered lanai, and the indoor dining area seats eight. Upgraded interiors include new lighting, flooring and kitchen finishes. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee-making equipment, blender and bar seating for three. Two lanais provide outdoor living space. The upper lanai has a built-in barbecue and dining for six; the breakfast lanai overlooks the second and third fairways. A landscaped garden surrounds the outdoor spaces. The lower-level primary suite has a California king bed, lanai access and an ensuite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and private outdoor garden shower. The second lower-level suite has a California king bed, ensuite bathroom and private lanai access. The upper-level third suite has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and private lanai with mountain views. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning, ceiling fans and space for a crib or Pack and Play; the primary bedroom also has blackout drapes. Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a washer and dryer, and a Pack and Play are provided. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and boogie boards are available. Two four-seat golf carts are included for travel around the resort. Optional paid resort access covers shared resort amenities including pools, the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, the sports club and spa, Golf Hale, tennis, ocean activities, Club Concierge, dining and cultural programming. Guest registration is required. A guided orientation is available on request, with guest support and access to property-specific concierge services including grocery shopping, housekeeping, private yoga and personal chefs. Beach Tree Pool has a temporary September 8–November 15 closure for repairs and enhancements; guests with purchased resort access may use other resort swimming facilities. Beach Tree Restaurant remains open for lunch and dinner with beachfront food and beverage service during the work. Resort access and chaise lounge restrictions apply. High-speed Wi-Fi. A car is recommended. Hualalai Trading Company, the coffee shop and deli are within walking distance. Kua Bay, Makalawena Beach and Kailua Kona’s shops and dining are a short drive away. Bedrooms occupy upper and lower levels. Resort access is limited during the Chairman’s Club Event, November 30–December 5, 2026, and the Mitsubishi Golf Tournament, January 16–24, 2027; access is controlled by Hualalai Resort and may change at its discretion. Contact the resort directly for details. Community repairs may cause periodic daytime construction and machinery noise during standard work hours January 4–February 15, 2027. Extensive Kona and Kohala road closures for IRONMAN on October 9, 2027 may affect driving routes; plan travel accordingly. Smoking is not allowed. Mandatory mid-stay cleaning and a cleaning fee apply to stays of 14 nights or longer. Extra guests require approval and incur additional fees. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Hualalai Resort access is optional, paid directly to the resort and not included in the rental charge. Guests have one opportunity to opt in during their stay; the entire household must participate for at least two consecutive days without breaks. During Peak of Peak Season, on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge may begin 60 days before resort access starts.
