# 3BD Hainoa Villa (2907C) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with ocean views from the covered lanai and primary suite. The great room has high ceilings, a 70-inch Smart TV and floor-to-ceiling retractable pocket doors opening to the lanai. The dining area seats six. The kitchen includes granite countertops, professional-grade appliances, cookware, tableware and glassware, plus a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances. The covered lanai has a built-in barbecue, wet bar and lounge seating, with a private lawn beyond. The primary bathroom includes dual vanities, a soaking tub, walk-in shower and private outdoor shower garden. Guest Bedroom 2 has a bathroom with a walk-in shower; Guest Bedroom 3 has a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans serve all rooms. Wi-Fi, bedroom Smart TVs, an in-villa washer and dryer with detergent, a high chair and beach equipment are provided. Beach equipment includes boogie boards, snorkel gear, chairs, towels and umbrellas. Two four-seat golf carts are included for resort use. Optional paid resort access provides access to shared amenities, subject to registration, seasonal policies and resort restrictions. Hualalai's facilities include golf, a sports club and spa, tennis, swimming facilities, ocean activities, children's programs, cultural activities and beachfront dining. Property-specific concierge options include a private chef, yoga, grocery delivery and housekeeping; a guided orientation is available on request. Kailua-Kona is a short drive away; Kua Bay and Makalawena are nearby beaches.
