House rules

Additional guests require approval and extra guest fees; inquire for details. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to stays of 14 nights or longer. Optional Hualalai Resort access is paid directly to the resort and is not included in the rental rate. Guests have one opportunity to opt in during their stay; the entire household must participate for at least two consecutive days without breaks. Daily resort access charges per person are: Shoulder Season, adults $80.00 and children ages 5–13 $40.00, April 4–June 16, August 22–November 18 and November 28–December 17, 2027; Peak Season, adults $125.00 and children ages 5–13 $63.00, January 4–February 11, February 20–March 11 and June 17–August 21, 2027; Peak of Peak Season, adults $185.00 and children ages 5–13 $93.00, February 12–19, March 12–April 3 and November 19–27, 2027; Festive Season, adults $250.00 and children ages 5–13 $125.00, December 18, 2027–January 3, 2028. Children four and under have complimentary access. During Peak of Peak Season, on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge may begin 60 days before the resort access start date. A dedicated Festive Concierge Desk opens in mid-November for Festive Season reservations. During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, residential and rental guest chaise lounges are restricted to lawns and beaches as directed by Pool Operations. These booking-window and chaise-lounge restrictions do not apply during Shoulder and Peak Seasons. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Getting there

The villa is upper-level. A car is not necessary; two four-seat golf carts are provided for resort exploration. The Resort Lap Pool, Hualalai Trading Company and coffee shop are within walking distance. Kua Bay, Makalawena Beach and Kailua Kona dining and shops are a short drive away. Resort and amenity access will be limited during the Chairman’s Club Event November 30–December 5, 2026 and Mitsubishi Golf Tournament January 16–24, 2027; access is managed by Hualalai Resort and may change at its discretion. Contact the resort directly for details. Kona and Kohala road closures for the IRONMAN Race on October 9, 2027 may affect driving routes.
