# 3BD Hainoa Villa (2901D) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa has a vaulted great room with sliding pocket doors, floor-to-ceiling windows, seating, a large television and games. The indoor dining area seats six. The furnished lanai has an outdoor dining table for six, chaise loungers and a Wolf BBQ grill. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf stovetop, oven and microwave, Cuisinart coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, granite countertops and a breakfast bar. The primary suite has a king bed, an ensuite with soaking tub, dual vanity and walk-in shower, and a private ocean-view deck. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed, an ensuite with a shower/tub combination, a television and window seat. Guest Bedroom 3 has a television and an adjacent full bathroom with walk-in shower. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, an oversized Fisher & Paykel washer/dryer, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and an office nook are provided. Two four-seat golf carts, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards are included. A pack and play, linens, hair dryer, iron and safe are available. Within Hualalai’s 865-acre oceanfront community, optional paid resort access includes shared pools, beachfront chaise lounges, the Sports Club & Spa, an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, tennis, ocean activities, restaurants and cultural programs.
