# 3BD Golf Villa (3101) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The villa spans 2,882 sq ft of indoor–outdoor living along Hualalai’s front row, overlooking the ocean, the 18th fairway and ancient fishponds. Full-height pocket doors connect the great room to the lanai. The living area has multiple seating areas, and the dining table seats six. The kitchen has Koa wood cabinetry, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a wrap-around seating bar. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and wine fridge. Outside are a gas BBQ, alfresco dining, chaise lounges, tropical gardens and a private hot tub. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, an outdoor shower garden and a private ocean-view lanai. Guest Bedroom 2 has two twin beds convertible to a king, an ensuite and lanai access. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, an ensuite and lanai access. All bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, smart TV, audio entertainment, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, a cooler and a pack and play. A four-seat golf cart is included. A complimentary tidy clean is provided every seven days, and pre-arrival grocery delivery includes up to two hours of service. An orientation and tour are available on request, with property-specific concierge options and guest support. Optional paid Hualalai Resort access provides shared swimming facilities, golf, sports club and spa, tennis, ocean activities, dining, cultural activities and children’s programs. Beach Tree Pool is scheduled to close September 8–November 15 for repairs. Access-package participants may use the other resort swimming facilities during that closure. High-speed Wi-Fi. Beaches, coastal trails and the Cultural Center are within walking distance. Kailua Kona shopping, dining and historic sites, and Kua Bay and Makalawena beaches, are a short drive away. A car is recommended. A four-seat golf cart is included for access to resort amenities. Extensive Kona and Kohala road closures for the IRONMAN race on October 9, 2027 may affect driving routes. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Additional guests require approval and incur extra guest fees; inquire for details. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to stays of 14 nights or longer. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Hualalai Resort access is optional and charged separately, directly by the resort. Guests have one opportunity to opt in during their stay; the entire household must participate for at least two consecutive days without breaks. A dedicated Festive Concierge Desk opens in mid-November for Festive reservations. During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, residential and rental guest chaise lounges are restricted to lawns and beaches as directed by Pool Operations.
