House rules

Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Extra guests require approval and incur additional fees. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to stays of 14 nights or longer. Self check-in/check-out and 24-hour check-in are available. Optional resort access is paid directly to Hualālai Resort and is not included in the rental rate. Guests have one opportunity to opt in during their stay; the entire household must participate for at least two consecutive days without breaks. Daily fees per person are: Shoulder Season, adults $80.00 and children ages 5–13 $40.00, April 4–June 16, August 22–November 18 and November 28–December 17, 2027; Peak Season, adults $125.00 and children ages 5–13 $63.00, January 4–February 11, February 20–March 11 and June 17–August 21, 2027; Peak of Peak Season, adults $185.00 and children ages 5–13 $93.00, February 12–19, March 12–April 3 and November 19–27, 2027; Festive Season, adults $250.00 and children ages 5–13 $125.00, December 18, 2027–January 3, 2028. Children age 4 and under are complimentary in all these seasons. During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking-window and chaise-lounge restrictions do not apply. During Peak of Peak Season, on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge begin 60 days before the resort access start date. During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk opens in mid-November to facilitate reservations. During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests are available only on lawns and beaches, as directed by Pool Operations.

Getting there

The villa is on an upper level. Resort shops, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance. Hapuna Beach and Makalawena are a short drive away. A car is recommended; two four-seater golf carts are included for resort exploration. Resort access is optional, paid separately and subject to resort management restrictions. Access will be limited during the Chairman’s Club Event, November 30–December 5, 2026, and the Mitsubishi Golf Tournament, January 16–24, 2027.
