# 3BD Fairways Villa (104A) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The villa offers more than 2,700 square feet of indoor-outdoor living, Italian cabinetry and modern coastal furnishings. Large sliding doors connect the high-ceilinged great room to a private lanai overlooking the 1st and 15th golf holes and the ocean. The lounge has a sectional and 75-inch Smart TV; the dining area seats six. The kitchen has premium appliances, a center island with bar seating, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, freezer, wine fridge and small appliances. A BBQ is available on the lanai. Three king bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan and Smart TV. The primary suite has ocean views, a private lanai, writing desk, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub; a crib is available on request. The Wave Bedroom has a walk-in shower and closet space. The Palm Bedroom has garden views and a shower; its king bed can be arranged as two twin beds on request. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout the villa. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, an extra refrigerator, beach towels and gear, a cooler, free parking and a garage. Two four-seater golf carts are included. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Optional paid Hualālai Resort access includes shared pools, beachfront lounging, the championship golf course, Sports Club & Spa, tennis and fitness facilities, Hale Nalu Ocean Activity Center, Kids For All Seasons, cultural activities, restaurants and boutiques. Beach Tree Restaurant remains open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing. High-speed Wi-Fi. The villa is on an upper level. Resort shops, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance. Hapuna Beach and Makalawena are a short drive away. A car is recommended; two four-seater golf carts are included for resort exploration. Resort access is optional, paid separately and subject to resort management restrictions. Access will be limited during the Chairman’s Club Event, November 30–December 5, 2026, and the Mitsubishi Golf Tournament, January 16–24, 2027.
