Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only guests named in the reservation may access the condominium. Visits require advance communication and identification details for condominium authorization; visitors may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. The minimum reservation age is 18. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Follow condominium rules and use electricity, water and air conditioning responsibly. Common areas are not available to guests and may be temporarily closed. Identification documents are requested for every guest after reservation confirmation. Occasional noise from condominium or external construction may occur during legally permitted hours.
