House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. The bunk beds are available only for children. A refundable €1,000 security deposit is taken by card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fees are 10% of the reservation. Optional linen services are charged per reservation: kitchen towels €2; towel set €7; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; bath mat €3. Final cleaning is optional at €95 per reservation. A baby cot is included. Linen and towels are not provided unless ordered. No dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket is available; household sockets must not be used for charging. Tourist tax is payable before the stay; the page also identifies it as included in the total price. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Du Goulet sandy beach is 350 m away. Super U supermarket is 4 km away. The house is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. One private parking space is available in front of the house, with free street parking as an alternative.
