Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium, and unregistered guests require prior identification information to be provided to the management company. Unregistered people may not stay overnight. Guests must follow condominium rules and schedules. Package deliveries are not accepted at the apartment or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects on windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Identification documents for each guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. The gym, individual wine cellar, cigar room, poker room and party room are available only for reservations longer than 30 days.
