Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium, and overnight stays by unregistered people are not permitted. Children aged 2–12 and babies are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents are requested for each guest after reservation confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed by condominium management. Self check-in is used without an in-person host. Check-out after 10:00 may incur an additional night charge.
