Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium. Visitors require prior communication and identification details; unregistered visitors may not access the property, and visitors may not stay overnight without consent. Children aged 2 to 12 and babies under 2 are accepted; cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules and schedules, may not receive deliveries at the property or condominium, and may not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Toilet paper must not be discarded in the toilet. Identification documents for every guest are requested after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. Bed linen and towels are provided; extra cleaning and linen changes are available for a fee.
Getting there
The apartment is 350 m from Beira-Mar Norte. The Beiramar Shopping is 550 m away. The apartment is in a condominium, and several flights of stairs are required to reach the tower on foot. One rotating garage space is provided.
