House rules
The booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Pets are not permitted; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited. A smoking violation incurs a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
Parking is limited to two vehicles, with one driveway space and one parallel space in front of the house. Eastern Lake can be reached by bike, and local cafés are within strolling distance.
