The 40 m² house has a double bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a second through-room that can serve as a lounge or bedroom, with another 140 cm double bed. The bathroom with WC is a through-room accessible from both sleeping rooms; an outside room has a washing machine and an additional WC. The kitchen-living area is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer and kitchen utensils. The enclosed garden has two wooden terraces; one is 20 m² and has a table, chairs, barbecue and sun awning. The other leads to the pool and has outdoor seating and sun loungers. Wi-Fi is available. A concierge service is available throughout the stay.

Porteau Beach and the coastal path are 300 m away. The village centre of Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer is about 1.7 km away; Pornic’s historic centre is 3 km away. Two vehicles can park on the property. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets to charge a vehicle.

No smoking; parties and events are not allowed; pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00 and check-out is before 10:00; low-season times may be flexible by arrangement. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection. A refundable security deposit of €800 per booking is taken as a card pre-authorisation. A concierge fee of 10% of the booking and final cleaning of €65 per booking are listed. Optional linen charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; a towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; bath mat €3 per booking. Ordered linen is supplied for the stay without replacement. The page says the tourist tax must be paid before arrival, but also lists it as included in the total price; confirm the applicable treatment.
