Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult, although children may stay as part of the group. Unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. Weather-related cancellations do not receive refunds, although rescheduling may be possible subject to availability.
Getting there
Playa del Yunque is a 12-minute drive away. El Yunque National Forest is roughly 20 to 30 minutes away by car. Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport is roughly 45 minutes to an hour away by car. A rental car is described as the easiest way to explore the area; rideshare and taxis also operate nearby.
