House rules
Maximum six guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 30 days receives no refund.
Getting there
The beach is over a mile away. Use the access road in front of the neighborhood to reach the beach without going onto the highway. A bus stops in front of the neighborhood, and restaurants are within walking distance. Gated access to Breakwater Trail offers walking and cycling routes toward Rehoboth and Lewes. The home spans three levels, with the main living space on the second level and bedrooms on the first and third levels.
