The second level contains the main living space, with an open living and dining area and a kitchen separated by a half wall. The living area has a large sectional, two chairs and a wall-mounted smart TV, and opens onto a screened porch with outdoor dining. There is a six-person dining table and a four-person kitchen table. The kitchen includes a French-door refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, small electric oven and blender. Towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers and an iron are provided. A washer and dryer are available in a common space. Entertainment includes streaming TV only, beach toys, a football, a four-game table, puzzles, backgammon and Rummikub. Shared resort facilities include an outdoor pool and fitness center. The beach is over a mile away. An access road in front of the neighborhood provides a route to the beach without using the highway. A bus stops in front of the neighborhood, restaurants are within walking distance, and gated access to Breakwater Trail allows walking and cycling toward Rehoboth and Lewes.
