The house has 140 m² of accommodation on one floor, with a furnished living area, dining table and chairs, an equipped kitchen, three air-conditioned bedrooms and three shower bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; the other two each have two single beds. Two additional shower bathrooms serve the house. A separate laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and highchair are available for younger guests.
Outside are a garden with loungers and an umbrella, a 6 × 3 m chlorine pool with depths of 0.60–1.40 m, an outdoor table-tennis area, a large porch, a mountain-view terrace, a barbecue area and land with fruit trees. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for three cars are available. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included; consult the advertiser about possible charges.
Manacor is 10 km away, and Sant Llorenç is 6 km away. Mallorca’s eastern coast is approximately 20 minutes away by car, and Sa Coma Beach is 19.7 km away. The Via Verda offers a former railway route for hiking and cycling. Porto Cristo has a sandy beach, a harbour, restaurants and the Caves of Drach.
