No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–09:00. Not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2. Respect locked doors.
Getting there
South Beach and Cottesloe Beach are within easy driving distance. Bicton Foreshore and the Swan River are a short drive away. A bus route is nearby, and rideshare services are available. Locked areas are excluded from guest access; the owner stores belongings in the outdoor shed.
