Each of the two bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. An open-plan kitchen, small dining area and living room with TV separate the bedrooms. The kitchen includes a microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and silverware. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, clothing storage and bathroom toiletries are provided. A carbon monoxide detector is available. Casa Pandurata is a renovated apartment building a few minutes' flat walk from restaurants, shops and art galleries. Its shared rooftop terrace has outdoor seating and views of San Francisco Cathedral and the Parroquia. Stairs are required to reach the rooftop. A jacuzzi is available from 09:00 to 22:00 every day except Tuesday, when it closes for cleaning. Optional jacuzzi heating starts at $33, IVA included, and requires concierge confirmation before any charge. A crib/Pack-n-Play, early check-in, late checkout and pre-arrival grocery shopping can be requested through the concierge, with prices on request. Conserve water, do not leave taps running unnecessarily. Water is a limited resource in San Miguel. Turn off lights and fans when leaving rooms. Property Care No smoking inside the property.
