House rules Quiet Hours & Guests Quiet hours are 10:00 PM, 8:00 AM. No loud music, gatherings, or noise during these times. Visitors and outside guests must be approved by the host in advance. Parties and events of any kind require written host approval before the stay. Energy & Conservation Turn off AC and heat when leaving the property. Conserve water, do not leave taps running unnecessarily. Water is a limited resource in San Miguel. Turn off lights and fans when leaving rooms. Property Care No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Do not exceed the stated maximum occupancy. Do not move or rearrange furniture. Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately, we will handle it promptly. No open flames or candles inside the property. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written host approval. Lock all doors and windows when leaving. Kitchen & Checkout Please wash dishes and leave the kitchen clean before departure. Place used towels and linens in the bathroom before checkout. Dispose of trash in the designated bins. Pets Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved by the host prior to arrival. The shared jacuzzi is open from 09:00 to 22:00 except Tuesdays, when it is closed for cleaning. Optional concierge services require confirmation of availability, timing, currency, price and applicability before any charge. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before check-in receives a 50% refund of the nightly rate. After check-in, nights spent are charged plus 50% of unspent nights.

Getting there

The Jardin and the Parroquia are two blocks away. Restaurants, shops and art galleries are within a few minutes’ flat walk. The shared rooftop terrace requires stairs. The exact address is shared after booking.
