One bedroom has a king-size bed, the second has two double beds, and the living room has a sofa bed. There are two bathrooms, large closets and a bathtub. The private indoor-outdoor patio has an outdoor dining table. Guests share a rooftop terrace and hot tub with views of the Parroquia; an elevator serves the rooftop. The ground-level apartment requires one or two entry steps. Restaurants, shops and attractions are within walking distance. Facilities include air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, parking, a full kitchen with microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker and cookware, a washer/dryer and television. Bed linens, bathroom toiletries, a crib and a carbon monoxide detector are provided; the apartment is child-friendly. Concierge service is included with direct bookings. Parties and events of any kind require written host approval before the stay. Energy & Conservation Turn off AC and heat when leaving the property. Conserve water, do not leave taps running unnecessarily. Water is a limited resource in San Miguel. Turn off lights and fans when leaving rooms. Property Care No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Do not exceed the stated maximum occupancy. Do not move or rearrange furniture. Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately, we will handle it promptly. No open flames or candles inside the property. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written host approval. Lock all doors and windows when leaving. Kitchen & Checkout Please wash dishes and leave the kitchen clean before departure. Place used towels and linens in the bathroom before checkout. Dispose of trash in the designated bins. The moderate cancellation policy provides a full refund for cancellation at least five days before check-in and a 50% refund of the nightly rate for cancellation less than five days before check-in.
