The home has two furnished king-size bedrooms, two dedicated workspaces, a bright living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes cookware, dishes and silverware, and a dishwasher. The bathroom facilities include a bathtub, hot water and shampoo. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and private courtyard garden. The outdoor sofa is unavailable from September through April.
The home is professionally cleaned before each arrival, with bed linen and fresh towels provided. Guest support is available 24/7 throughout the stay.
This is a part-time home used by the host when in the country. Some personal belongings remain securely stored, so storage in certain cupboards, wardrobes and the refrigerator may be reduced. Space remains available for guests’ belongings and food.
Hanover has independent cafés and local pubs. Brighton city centre, the seafront, Brighton Pier and Queen’s Park are within walking distance. Brighton Railway Station is easily accessible, with direct services to London, Gatwick Airport and destinations across the South East. Nearby bus services connect with Brighton, Hove, the Marina and the surrounding coastline, while the A23 and A27 provide road connections.
