House rules
Maximum six guests: two in each bedroom and two on the living-room sofa bed. No additional guests, pets, smoking, parties or events. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. There are no designated quiet hours. Turn off lights, air conditioning and electrical appliances when leaving. A €40 charge applies if electricity trips due to appliance overuse. All guests must present valid identification before check-in for registration with the Portuguese security authorities. A 50€ fee applies for locking yourself out or failing to return keys to the lockbox at checkout; losing a set of keys incurs an 80€ fee. Late check-in from 20:00 to 02:00 costs €25, collected before check-in by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre. Arrivals after 02:00 require confirmation of availability before booking. City tax may apply and is not included in the booking price; it is calculated per person per night according to local regulations and collected before check-in.
Getting there
The water heater has limited capacity; after the hot water runs out, it takes time to heat again. Using more than two high-wattage appliances simultaneously may trip the electricity. The surrounding streets include cobbled roads.
