The apartment has designer-decorated interiors, a living area with a double sofa bed, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Hotel-quality linens, storage and blackout blinds are provided. Two bathrooms have towels and toiletries.

The equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishes and silverware, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and toaster. Dishwasher products and basic cooking and shower supplies are provided. Wi-Fi is available, and air conditioning in every room provides heating and cooling. The building has an elevator and the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay.

Private indoor garage parking is complimentary. Intendente and Martim Moniz metro stops and tram 28 provide options for getting around Lisbon. Rossio Square is 0.5 km away, Liberty Avenue 0.8 km, Commerce Square 1.0 km, and Ribeira Market and Bairro Alto each 1.4 km away.

The water heater has limited capacity; after the hot water runs out, it takes time to heat again. Using more than two high-wattage appliances simultaneously may trip the electricity. The surrounding streets include cobbled roads.

Maximum six guests: two in each bedroom and two on the living-room sofa bed. No additional guests, pets, smoking, parties or events. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. There are no designated quiet hours. Turn off lights, air conditioning and electrical appliances when leaving. A €40 charge applies if electricity trips due to appliance overuse. All guests must present valid identification before check-in for registration with the Portuguese security authorities. A 50€ fee applies for locking yourself out or failing to return keys to the lockbox at checkout; losing a set of keys incurs an 80€ fee. Late check-in from 20:00 to 02:00 costs €25, collected before check-in by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre. Arrivals after 02:00 require confirmation of availability before booking. City tax may apply and is not included in the booking price; it is calculated per person per night according to local regulations and collected before check-in.
