## About the house

The open-plan great room has oversized windows, sliding doors, comfortable seating and a dedicated ocean-view workstation near the kitchen. Indoor dining connects to a large covered private lanai with seating for outdoor dining and lounging. The fully stocked kitchen has modern appliances, granite counters, a center island and cookware, plus a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and rice cooker.

The primary suite has ocean views, lanai access, a Smart TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. Its ensuite has a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan; an adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower is just outside its entrance.

A dedicated laundry room includes a washer and dryer. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear and a Pack N’ Play are provided. Entertainment includes television, DVD, satellite or cable TV and a speaker system. A parking space is available free of charge.

The walkable Kumulani amenities center has a shared pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, picnic area and sundeck. Optional paid access to Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Westin Hapuna Beach Resort amenities includes two beaches, three heated pools, three hot tubs, 11 oceanside tennis courts, two golf courses, fitness centers, spas, shopping, cultural activities, Keiki Club, yoga, watersports and the Mauna Kea Lūʻau. Resort registration is required, and access is subject to resort control and limitations.

The Kumulani community pool is at the walkable amenities center alongside a hot tub, BBQs and sundeck. Three heated pools and three hot tubs at the two resort hotels are separate optional paid-access facilities, subject to resort restrictions.

High-speed Wi-Fi.

The home is an upper-level corner unit. A car is recommended. Mauna Kea Beach (Kauna‘oa Bay), Hapuna Beach, resort golf courses, restaurants, shops, spa and coastal hiking trails are a short drive away. The Kumulani amenities center is within walking distance. Extensive Kona and Kohala road closures during the IRONMAN Race on October 9, 2027 may affect travel routes.

Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Standard occupancy is four guests; additional guests require management approval and incur an extra fee. Inquire about additional guests before booking. Long-term stays are allowed, with a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee every 14 days. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

After reservation confirmation, guests may opt in to paid resort amenities access and charging privileges. The base daily guest fee is $175.00 and the peak daily guest fee is $250. Peak periods are March 21–April 11, 2027; November 21–27, 2027; and December 19, 2027–January 2, 2028. Resort services, fees, policies, account charges and restaurant reservations are controlled by the resort hotels and may change. Amenities are not guaranteed and may be limited without advance notice during local events and peak holidays.
