# 2BD Hillside Villa (6102) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The villa has over 1,600 square feet of single-level living space, solid koa cabinetry and travertine flooring. Pocket sliding doors connect the furnished great room to a covered lanai with dining and lounge seating and direct lawn access. The living room, dining area, kitchen and lanai overlook the ocean and golf course, including the 16th hole of the Jack Nicklaus–signature course. The kitchen has a center island, bar seating, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, blender, rice cooker and wine fridge. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean and garden views, private lanai access and an ensuite with dual vanities, a soaking tub, walk-in shower and private outdoor shower garden. Guest Bedroom 2 has garden views, a window seat and lanai access. Both bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is also a guest full bathroom. Guests have access to the nearby Hillside Villas community pool, hot tub and BBQ pavilion. One four-seat golf cart is included. The home has central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, free parking, television and a smart TV. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards are provided, along with linens, toiletries and a complimentary Pack and Play. Optional paid Hualalai Resort access provides access to resort pools, the sports club and spa, tennis, golf, ocean activities, oceanfront dining, resort services and resort-wide charging privileges, subject to registration and resort policies. The home is professionally managed by The LeRoy Collection at Gather Vacations, with pre-arrival planning, on-island support and optional orientation during business hours.
