# 2BD Hillside Villa (4102) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The approximately 1,650 sq ft, single-level villa has a furnished great room with pocketing doors opening to a covered lanai. The dining area seats six, and the lanai offers multiple seating areas for outdoor meals and relaxation. The equipped kitchen has granite countertops, Koa wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a central prep island, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee-making equipment and wine fridge. The primary suite has ocean and garden views, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, walk-in shower and outdoor shower garden. Guest Bedroom 2 has garden views and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans serve the villa throughout. Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath products, cleaning and laundry supplies, smart television, a pack and play and beach gear are provided. Beach equipment includes towels, chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards. Guests have access to the shared Hillside Villas community pool, hot tub and BBQ pavilion just steps away. Two four-seat golf carts are included, and dedicated free parking and a garage are available. Beaches, coastal walking paths, resort dining, the spa and golf course are a short walk or golf-cart ride away. A car is recommended for exploring beyond the resort. Optional Hualalai Resort access requires guest registration and daily fees paid directly to the resort, separately from the rental. Resort and amenity access will be limited November 30–December 5, 2026 for the Chairman’s Club Event and January 16–24, 2027 for the Mitsubishi Golf Tournament. Access is managed by Hualalai Resort and may change at its discretion; contact the resort directly for details. Extensive Kona and Kohala road closures on October 9, 2027 for IRONMAN may affect driving routes. Beach Tree Pool is closed September 8–November 15 for repairs; Beach Tree Restaurant remains open for lunch and dinner with beachfront food and beverage service. Children are welcome.
