The house

The single-level condo has an open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and wide glass sliders overlooking the ocean and golf course. A glass-top dining table seats four. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, island seating, cookware and small appliances, including coffee-making equipment. The private lanai has outdoor dining, a BBQ grill and direct lawn access.

The primary suite has a king bed, partial ocean and golf views, lanai access, a TV and an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest suite has twin beds convertible to a king, garden views and an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans serve both bedrooms.

An in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs and a pack-and-play are provided. Beach equipment includes boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel sets, towels and a cooler. The community is gated.

The Ocean Club is steps away and has a shared lagoon-style oceanfront pool with multiple tiers, a hot tub, an oceanfront fitness hale, and a bar and grill. Community facilities also include tennis courts, walking paths and parking. Ocean Club access requires a daily $25 resort fee, paid directly to the resort at check-in to receive access cards.

Waikoloa Beach Resort's cultural activities, white-sand shoreline and golf course are walkable. Queens' Marketplace and Kings' Shops are a short drive away. Nearby outings include Anaeho'omalu Bay, the Ala Kahakai coastal trail, Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach.
