The house

The villa has an open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling pocket doors opening onto a covered lanai. The living area includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player and Bose sound system, and the indoor dining table seats four. The lanai provides outdoor dining, a BBQ grill and loungers.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, food processor and juicer. An adjacent office nook provides workspace.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, private lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, dual vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans serve the villa, with high-speed Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer and dryer with laundry supplies.

A four-seat golf cart is included for use around the resort. Beach equipment includes snorkel gear, boogie boards, towels, chairs and an umbrella. A Pack and Play is available. The villa is professionally managed by The LeRoy Collection at Gather Vacations, with concierge support, guest support and an orientation tour upon request. Property-specific concierge services include grocery shopping, housekeeping, private yoga and personal chefs.

Optional paid resort access covers shared pools and beachfront lounge areas, the Jack Nicklaus-signature 18-hole golf course, Hualalai Sports Club & Spa, tennis, cultural programs, family activities and resort dining. Guest registration is required, and resort access and reservations are subject to seasonal restrictions.
