# 2BD Hainoa Villa (2907B) at Hualalai Resort Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The villa has an open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling pocket doors opening onto a covered lanai. The living area includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player and Bose sound system, and the indoor dining table seats four. The lanai provides outdoor dining, a BBQ grill and loungers. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, food processor and juicer. An adjacent office nook provides workspace. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, dual vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans serve the villa, with high-speed Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer and dryer with laundry supplies. A four-seat golf cart is included for use around the resort. Beach equipment includes snorkel gear, boogie boards, towels, chairs and an umbrella. A Pack and Play is available. The villa is professionally managed by The LeRoy Collection at Gather Vacations, with concierge support, guest support and an orientation tour upon request. A car is recommended; a four-seat golf cart is included for exploring the resort. Road closures for the IRONMAN race on October 9, 2027 may affect travel in Kona and Kohala. Additional guests require inquiry and approval, with extra guest fees. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to stays of 14 nights or longer.
