House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not permitted. Youth groups are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not supplied; optional linen can be ordered. Ordered linen is provided on arrival for the entire stay without replacement, and mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Do not use household electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. A refundable €800 deposit is collected per reservation by card pre-authorization. The concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per reservation; a bathroom linen set €7 per reservation; double-bed linen €15 per reservation; single-bed linen €12 per reservation; end-of-stay cleaning €40 per reservation; bath mat €3 per reservation. A 5.5% cancellation insurance option is also offered. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times can be arranged flexibly with the agency.
