House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not provided but may be ordered as optional services; ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay, with no renewal. Do not use domestic electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. The decorative stove is non-functional. A refundable €800 per-booking deposit is held by card pre-authorisation, with card details requested as a guarantee. The tourist tax is payable in advance; the page also lists tourist tax as included in the total price, so confirm the applicable arrangement. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times can be arranged flexibly. Optional charges listed: kitchen linen €2 per booking; towel set (one small and one large towel) €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning €140 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the reservation. Personalized arrival and end-of-stay services and heating are listed as included.
Getting there
La Govelle sandy beach is 260 m away. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. One free parking space is available directly in front of the house.
