Smoking is prohibited. Youth groups are not accepted. A maximum of two pets is allowed. Electricity, water and heating are excluded from the accommodation price and charged at 3.40 DKK/kWh, 95 DKK/m³ and 40 DKK/unit respectively. A security deposit applies. Optional services payable at the property if used are final cleaning at 2,000 DKK, a linen package at 155 DKK, a high chair at 110 DKK, a baby/child cot at 110 DKK and protection insurance from 646 DKK. Cancellation charges are 10% of rent up to 42 days before arrival, 40% from 42 to 28 days before arrival, 90% from 28 days before arrival until the first day, and the full rent on the first day or later.
