Renovated in 2025, the home occupies a 6,000 m² natural plot in a holiday-home area. The living room has a wood-burning stove, television and Chromecast. Seven bedrooms contain double beds and bunk sleeping places; one bedroom also has a cot.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, refrigerator, fridge-freezer, separate freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and high chair. All three bathrooms have a toilet, washbasin and shower; one also contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has oil-fired heating.

Recreation facilities include table tennis, billiards, table football, air hockey and darts, plus an indoor sauna and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Outdoors there are play equipment, a terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, and gas and charcoal barbecues. An electric-vehicle charging connection is available: CEE Red 16A, 3P+N+E. The property has a smart lock.
