House rules
Pets require prior approval and verification at least 24 hours before check-in. Approved pets must be accompanied by breed, weight, and photo details, kept on a leash in public areas, and not left unattended in the condo. Service animals required by law are permitted. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless authorized as pets. Guests must complete the required verification and security-deposit or damage-waiver selection before arrival.
Getting there
The condo is in the car-free town of Las Catalinas, next to the sandy shores of Playa Danta, with quick beach access. Las Catalinas shops, restaurants, and boutiques are within a short walk. Exclusive Las Catalinas Beach Club access is included from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM; the club has three swimming pools, a hot tub, restaurant, gym, sauna, and ice plunge pool. The sauna and ice plunge pool require an extra fee. Construction may occur nearby during the stay.
