No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets under 15 kg are allowed except dangerous breeds. Bed linen and towels are not provided; optional linen can be ordered for the stay, with no replacement during the stay. Kitchen towels cost €2 per reservation; a towel set €7 per reservation; double-bed linen €15 per reservation; single-bed linen €12 per reservation; bath mat €3 per reservation. Optional end-of-stay cleaning is €60 per reservation. A refundable €800 deposit is taken as a card pre-authorization with the final payment. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. The listing says tourist tax is included in the total price, while the description also says it is payable before the stay; confirm this apparent inconsistency before publishing. Do not use domestic outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Becs Beach is 200 m away and accessible on foot. The apartment is on the first floor with no elevator. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
