House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection. Late check-in is between 16:00 and 20:00; check-out is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 per-booking deposit is taken as a card pre-authorization. Linen is optional and supplied for the stay without replacement: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per booking; single-bed linen €12 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. End-of-stay cleaning is optional at €60 per booking. Hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the booking. Do not use domestic electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point.

Port Olona is 200 m away. La Chaume La Paracou beach is 1 km away; Grande Plage des Sables is 3 km away. Super U et Drive is 170 m away and local shops are 500 m away. A reserved parking space is available in the same building.
