House rules
Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium. Visits require prior notice and identification for authorization, and visitors may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors and in the room is prohibited. Pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests must follow condominium rules and schedules. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation.
Getting there
The apartment is in central Florianópolis, 200 m from Beiramar Shopping. The condominium has four towers, and reaching this unit's tower on foot requires climbing several flights of stairs. The property is on the same level as the garage and leisure area. One rotating parking space is available. A shared pool is available from November through March, subject to possible temporary closure of common areas.
