Self check-in is used. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but the property does not provide cribs. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation. Occasional noise from condominium or external construction may occur during legally permitted hours.
