Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Visitors and overnight guests must be registered and authorized; overnight stays by people not included in the reservation are not allowed. Children from 2 to 12 years and babies under 2 years are accepted, but the property does not provide a crib. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00, and high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules, including not hanging items from windows, balconies or exterior areas and not flushing toilet paper. Identification documents are requested for all guests after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Check-in is with a host from 14:00 to 20:00; late arrival may incur an additional charge. Check-out is by 10:00; late check-out may incur an additional charge.
Getting there
The apartment is 200 m from Beira-Mar Norte. Reaching the tower on foot requires climbing several flights of stairs. The apartment is on the same level as the garage and leisure area. The garage space is rotational.
