House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is taken as a credit-card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services per booking: kitchen linen €2; towel set €7; double-bed linen €15; single-bed linen €12; bath mat €3; end-of-stay cleaning €60; cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking. Heating and parking are included. Linen ordered is provided on arrival for the stay and is not renewed; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. The page gives differing statements on tourist tax: one says it is payable before the stay and another says it is included in the total price; confirm the applicable treatment before arrival.
