The house has two terraces of about 17 m² each, garden furniture and a barbecue. Inside are a living room with a sofa, two armchairs and a television, a dining area with seating for up to six, and an independent equipped kitchen with ceramic-glass hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There are two bedrooms and an additional mezzanine sleeping area. The house has two shower rooms with toilets, a washing machine, iron and ironing board. One private parking space is about 10 m from the house at the entrance to the cul-de-sac. No Wi-Fi. The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
