House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. The tourist tax is payable before the stay. Household linen is optional; ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement. A refundable €800 security deposit is required per booking, by card pre-authorization. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection and provide arrival time. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. A 10% Hoomy concierge service fee applies to the booking. Optional services include cancellation insurance at 5.5% of the booking; kitchen towels €2 per booking; a towel set €7 per booking; linen for a double bed €15 per booking; linen for a single bed €12 per booking; final cleaning €100 per booking; and bath mat €3 per booking.

Sainte-Marguerite sandy beach is 200 m away; Bonne Source sandy beach is 1.2 km away. The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for vehicle charging.
