House rules
The reservation holder must be at least 25 and complete check-in requirements, including submitting a driver's-license photo and a selfie holding the license for verification. A signed rental agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking. No pets, smoking, vaping or large gatherings. Pets result in immediate eviction without refund and a $250.00 charge to the card on file. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. No mailbox access is permitted. Check-in is after 16:00; checkout is at 10:00.
Getting there
The condo is slopeside in Snowshoe village, with ski-in/ski-out access. Ski and snowboard shops, restaurants and the slopes are within walking distance. Check availability of lift tickets, lessons, bike park passes and bike rentals before reserving.
