Highland House 102-104 has a large deck overlooking village happenings, concerts and sunsets, with mountain views. Ski and snowboard shops, restaurants and the slopes are within walking distance, and ski-in/ski-out access is available.

The main bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk, trundle bed and sleeper loveseat, plus a small mini fridge, small microwave and coffee pot. The living area has a sleeper sofa. Linens and towels are provided.

Facilities include air conditioning, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove, fireplace, cable TV, internet, an elevator and a gym/fitness room. Adult bikes, kayaks, on-site golf and downhill skiing are also listed amenities. A community hot tub is available. Access to the Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs costs extra.

The condo is slopeside in Snowshoe village, with ski-in/ski-out access. Ski and snowboard shops, restaurants and the slopes are within walking distance. Check availability of lift tickets, lessons, bike park passes and bike rentals before reserving.

The reservation holder must be at least 25 and complete check-in requirements, including submitting a driver's-license photo and a selfie holding the license for verification. A signed rental agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking. No pets, smoking, vaping or large gatherings. Pets result in immediate eviction without refund and a $250.00 charge to the card on file. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. No mailbox access is permitted. Check-in is after 16:00; checkout is at 10:00.
