Both bedrooms have a queen bed and built-in robes. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower. The living room has seating for five and a TV, and opens onto a covered private balcony with outdoor seating overlooking communal gardens. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, cutlery, an oven, electric stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The dining area seats six. An internal laundry has a washer and dryer. Towels, toiletries, a hairdryer and hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup are provided, along with a small welcome amenity pack. Air conditioning serves the living area, with portable heaters and fans for the bedrooms. Wi-Fi and a desk workspace are available.
