The house

The master bedroom has a queen-size double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined into a queen-size double. The living room has a sofa that converts into a queen-size double bed. Beds have American-imported mattresses, linens and pillows. Each bedroom has a 45-inch smart flat-screen TV, an individual stereo system with USB ports and closet space. The living room has a 50-inch Ultra HD 4K smart TV with surround sound.

The apartment includes a private balcony, soundproof windows, central heating, individually controlled air conditioning, a writing desk and free Wi-Fi. A fully equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, coffee and tea facilities, and a dining table. A bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, toiletries, an iron and ironing board, safe and weighing scale are available. Entertainment includes a CD/DVD player and movie and sports channels.
